Chapter 530

Chapter 530 The Angry Colbert

"Put this on," said Colbert while handing a shopping bag to Eudora.

"What's this?" she asked.

"Clothes."

"You bought it? Take it away; I don't want it!"

"It's my grandmother's birthday today. They will host a banquet, inviting celebrities and dignitaries in the

business world, and introduce your new identity to the media. Do you think it's suitable for you to wear

this?" Grim-faced, Colbert pointed at the formal suit on Eudora.

The clothes on her were professional attire for work on weekdays.

Besides, Eudora didn't bother to buy new clothes to save trouble.

Originally, she thought Belinda must be unwilling to introduce her to outsiders after going through the

wedding banquet. She even thought that Belinda would no longer recognize her as her god-

granddaughter.

Eudora looked at the shopping bag that Colbert carried with a bronzing logo. It was a well-known

foreign brand and was very expensive.

Colbert looked at her expression, guessed her thoughts, and said, "Grandma asked me to give it tonovelbin

you."

"Oh, it's from Grandma? All right, then." Eudora readily accepted.

She took the bag from him, and Colbert was about to walk in with her. A loud bang was heard, and the

door was slammed shut, blocking their sight directly.

Colbert stood against the door. Just that very second, he was almost slapped in the face by the door.

The man clenched his fists and slowly closed his eyes. Taking a deep breath, he tried to calm himself

down.

He had never been treated in such an embarrassment way before.

How infuriating!

Anger filled his whole mind and heart, yet he had nowhere to vent the anger.

Eudora took the clothes and changed them in the bedroom. It was a beautiful dress, but with her short

neck-length hair and a plain face, it seemed a bit monotonous.

She simply dug out her cosmetics and put on a simple makeup. Then, after putting on a pair of high

heels, she went out directly.

The man standing in the corridor, playing with his phone and silently waiting for Eudora, looked up and

was stunned.

The woman before him had short neck-length hair, a fair face, big and lustrous eyes with curly fluttering

eyelashes, and eyebrows like a perfect bow. She had a high nose and a pair of well-shaped lips that

reddened naturally.

A necklace was worn on her slender neck, and the off-shoulder dress revealed her delicate and

charming collarbones.

With exquisite high heels, she looked like a proud white swan, imperceptibly revealing elegance,

dignity, and unique beauty.
