Chapter 319

Chapter 319 Colbert Stayed With Her All Night

Her words were filled with sadness and disappointment, and Colbert could feel it clearly.

He tilted his head and looked at the woman, gently asking, "Do you want to play? I'll accompany you."

Eudora shook her head and sighed quietly. "No, I'm fine."

Even if she wanted to play, how could she have the mood for it?

The two strolled through the massive amusement park, watching the rides twinkle with colorful lights

that were splendid and dazzling while music echoed in their ears. The atmosphere was lively andnovelbin

exciting, but it didn't arouse Eudora's interest at all.

Walking all the way to the Ferris wheel, the staff opened the hatch. Eudora and Colbert went in.

As the Ferris wheel slowly turned, Eudora stood in front of the glass door, looking outside, but she

couldn't feel happy.

"I have been looking forward to riding the Ferris wheel since I was a child. Now that I'm really on it, I

find it's more beautiful to look at it from afar."

Eudora murmured as if speaking to both Colbert and herself.

"Maybe it's because it's dark outside."

Colbert stood next to Eudora and said.

"Maybe."

Eudora looked outside for a while, then sat on the chair and said, "I'm sleepy."

"Take a nap if you're tired."

Upon hearing Colbert's words, Eudora curled up and lay down on the Ferris wheel, drifting off to sleep.

It was autumn, and the night was cool. Colbert took off his suit jacket and put it on Eudora's body. After

a while, he heard the steady rhythm of her breathing.

Colbert was worried that Eudora would fall asleep and fall down, so he walked up to her, sat down, and

let her rest her head on his leg.

The familiar scent came over, and Eudora's sleep deepened.

The familiar scent enveloped Eudora, and she drifted into an even deeper sleep.

Then he took out his mobile phone and sent Corey a text message. [Cancel the wedding, and postpone

it indefinitely.]

Not long after Colbert sent the text message, Corey replied, [Mr. Steele, please think twice. Ms.

Baldwin is already pregnant. If the child is born before you two get married, it will impact Ms. Baldwin's

reputation, and I'm afraid it will even damage the reputation of your child.]

Colbert glanced at Corey's message and replied with two words, [Do it!]

The message was sent, but Corey didn't reply this time.

Colbert leaned back in his seat, allowing Eudora to rest her head on his lap. He even held her securely

to prevent her from sliding off the chair.

All night long, Colbert stayed with her like this.
