Chapter 238

Chapter 238 The Mysterious Killer

Everything happened so suddenly, and Eudora didn't dare to lax. She immediately sucked the wound,

sucked out the poisonous blood, and spat it on the ground.

She sucked it several times in a row but only sucked out a little blood.

Eudora looked back at the masked man and said, "I have to go down the mountain and find a knife to

deal with the wound. Otherwise, I might die."

As she spoke, she quickly walked down the mountain without waiting for the masked man to reply.

Looking at her back, the masked man clenched his hand hanging by his side, hesitated for a few

seconds, and said, "Do you want a knife? I have it."

Eudora paused and asked, "You have it?"

"Yeah. Wild animals often appear in the mountains, so it's safer to bring a knife."

As he spoke, he handed the knife to Eudora.

Eudora took the knife and said, "Thank you. What a coincidence."

Without further do, she cut a cross-shaped incision on the wound on her wrist.

The knife was sharp, and there was a cut with a single swipe. Eudora gritted her teeth tightly in pain,

her hands trembling.

Fortunately, the outside of the wrist was injured. If the injury were close to the main artery, she might benovelbin

unable to survive.

"Hiss..."

Because of being bitten by a poisonous snake, Eudora made a deep cross-shaped gash and sat down

in pain.

The blood overflowed instantly, slowly dripping down the back of Eudora's hand to the ground.

Soon, the ground was stained red with blood.

Seeing how she dealt with the wound, the masked man suddenly felt that she was not simple. "How do

you know the treatment?"

"I've seen people bitten before, and that's how they were treated," Eudora said, enduring the pain.

Then she returned the dagger to the masked man. "Fortunately, you have a knife. Otherwise, I might

die here today."

Eudora's injured right hand kept bleeding, and couldn't stop shaking. Her consciousness gradually

weakened. In a few moments, she passed out.

Looking at her lying beside him, the masked man held the dagger tightly but didn't make any move for

a long time.

The evening breeze was slightly cool, blowing away the bloody smell before him.

The sky was covered with a blazing orange in the afterglow of the setting sun. The thin tendrils of wood

smoke from the residents at the foot of the mountain were curling up from their chimneys. Everything

was like an oil painting, which was extraordinarily beautiful.

Soon, the sun went down, and the night fell.
