Lysanne didn’t even dare to glance down at the cement ground below the building, let alone consider jumping. She immediatelyshot an angry look at the crowd of onlookers.
Carol, accompanied by a few bodyguards dressed in black, walked over with a steady stride.
Lysanne recognized her, her expression immediately shifting into an awkward one. “W-—What did you just say? How could youincite someone to their death like that?”

Howard gave a nod. “It’s fortunate that Josiah sent you here. Listen to Josiah’s advice and handle things the way he instructedyou to.”
