“Zachary is a sharp individual who always knows just how far he can push the boundaries. He canthreaten you without causing any serious repercussions. Even if this car accident was traced back tohim, he would receive a verbal reprimand from the police at most. He will then pay some medicalexpenses and be able to avoid jail time.
