After Wyatt Johnson left, Cecilia Zachary sat on the sofa in the living room with her facialexpression distorted. She never thought that Wyatt would be like that.
She had had the dream of being married into a rich family for many years. It was what she yearnedfor the most. But did it mean that she had to sacrifice herself just so that she could be married into arich family?
There was only a person from all of her acquaintances who had that kind of similar experience.
Cecilia was quite flustered and puzzled. After hesitating for a long while, she picked up her phoneand gave her best friend, Mandy Zimmer a call.
“Mandy, how is your relationship with Harvey York recently?” Cecilia was hesitant for a short whilebefore she spoke directly.
“Why are you asking me about this all of a sudden?” Mandy was confused as she did not knowwhat had happened.
Cecilia was quite perplexed. She then said, “I want to know about one thing. If you’re just simplyliving with a man without a physical relationship with him, will you be able to maintain a harmoniousrelationship as a couple?”
Mandy was stunned.
Cecilia stammered. At that moment, she did not know how else she should explain that situation.
Mandy understood what Cecilia meant, and she thought about the recent incidents. She sighed andsaid, “I don’t know either. Maybe the feelings you have for each other might not last long.”
Saying that, Mandy had an unfathomable facial expression. ‘Could it be the reason why Harveywent dating with Ella? Was it because of the kind of relationship I have with him?’
‘Could it be that if anything happens between us, then our relationship will be righteous and naturalat last?’
