Chapter 4868

Chapter 4868

Mandy was worried. If she knew that all this was going to happen, she wouldn't have brought Harveywith her.

Without a second thought, she quickly ran and held Harvey's hand.

"Forget it, Harvey. Lift him up and apologize to him. We'll just pay a little more, is all."

The man chuckled wretchedly.

"Money isn't enough, pretty lady!

"I heard you have a sister as well! The conditions are different now!

"I want you and your sister to sleep with me for a month! If not..."

Crack!

Harvey instantly snapped the man's wrist by stepping on it.

A loud crack resounded; the man rolled on the ground, wailing like a dying pig.

The horrifying sight turned the entire place dead silent.novelbin

Nobody expected Harvey to be so reckless.

The incident turned into an assault almost instantly.

Harvey would have to live his life behind bars if he wasn't careful.

Mandy and the Zimmer Enterprise would probably have to pay a great price just to deal with thesituation.

Simply put, the entire situation was made worse because of Harvey's actions.

Maya and the higher-ups knew of Harvey's relationship with Mandy; they had horrible expressions, butthey wouldn't dare say a word.

Maren frowned, as if she was thinking of something.

The beautiful nurses were looking at Harvey as if he was an idiot.

Nobody dared to act this way in a situation like this, after all.

'That live-in son-in-law is done for!'

"What's the ruckus about? This is a hospital! Pipe down!"

Police sirens could be heard. A few inspectors in uniform walked in, looking ferocious. The man leadingthe group had a square face; he pushed the crowd aside before heading to the center, glaring fiercely.

As the inspector assigned to the area, he had been dealing with quite a bit of hospital disputes. He'd beable to understand the situation with just a single glance around the place.

After seeing the man on the ground, with a bright red palm print and a snapped wrist, the inspector'sexpression worsened.

As a righteous inspector, he despised seeing the common folk getting taken advantage of.

Without hesitation, he stepped forward and sized up Harvey.

"What happened here?" he demanded coldly.

"Who's the victim? Speak your mind!

"Don't worry! Forget a few scoundrels, I'll stand with you even if God comes here!

"I belong to the Braff family, after all! One of the Hermit Families!"

The inspector crossed his arms with a dignified expression.

Hearing the surname, the crowd immediately gasped. A lot of people now looked at Harvey as if hewas a clown.

"He's the legendary inspector!"

Inspector Braff was considered to be a living legend because of his relationship with the Braff family as

a relative, and his sense of righteousness. No criminal could escape his eyes.

At this point, Harvey simply had no chance to get away with his charges.
