As Chiba Nobita passed out, Harvey York threw his cup away and regulated his energy before fullyreturning to normal.
He looked as if he did not even take a sip of alcohol then.
He walked toward Chiba while he was seemingly tipsy, then lifted Chiba's head as he poured alcoholright into Chiba's mouth.

Xynthia pounced and wrapped her arms around Harvey before touching his forehead. "Are you okay?
"Are you drunk?"

"Go outside first. See if you can get a cab here.
"I'll head out after washing my face.
"Let's not walk together for now. The security might get suspicious."
Harvey was worried that he would cause more trouble.
