Harvey York frowned.
“Did you report this to the authorities?”
Fabian Hamilton shook his head.
“Never. To be honest with you, since my family runs a big business, we naturally have some secretshiding from the outside world. I just can’ t call the cops as I please.
“Even though I didn’t do that, I invited three private detectives from Hong Kong and Las Vegas to help,but they couldn’t find anything either. It felt like my subordinates just disappeared in thin air.
“If their quarters weren’t there, we’d even doubt whether these people even existed in the first place.
“Now, because of this, the people from the Hamilton Residence are panicking. Something dangerous isgoing up against the Hamilton family, and they can feel it.
“Please help us out on this, Branch Leader York.”
Harvey’s interest peaked as he pondered about the situation.
“If you don’t mind, is it fine if we find a quiet place so I can check your pulse?”
Fabian was confused, but he still showed a warm smile and replied, “Of course. I’ll do whatever you askof me.”

Right at that moment, Harvey’s look frantically changed before he pushed Fabian out of the way androlled to the side.

A giant hole was formed on the ground soon
after.

Ominous chuckles could be heard echoing all over the place before three men from Thailand wearingrobes showed up.
Fabian’s expression changed frantically.
«The Three Demon Monks?” he exclaimed
unwaveringly.
“Who are they?”
Harvey was confused. He wasn’t afraid of attacks of this level, but it’d be better if he knew who he
was facing first.
“They’re the Demon Monks of Thailand’s
Buddhist Temple.”
Fabian quietly explained.
“They’re an organization like Dragon Palace, but slightly different.
“Country H’s Dragon Palace serves the country, but these Demon Monks only do shady things behindthe scenes, usually for the financially
able.
“I rejected the king of Thailand’s request to buy a share of my casino badge previously. That tyrant of aking must’ve felt disrespected and sent the monks here to kill me.”
Fabian calmly analyzed the situation.
Harvey came back to his senses. Those Demon Monks weren’t after him in the first place. They wereactually going for Fabian.
They might have been spying on Fabian for a
long while, but they never got the chance to killnovelbin
him.
Without any bodyguards following Fabian while the two came to such a secluded place, those three so-called Demon Monks found a chance to
strike.
“Fabian Hamilton. It seems like you know the consequences of denying my king!”
The Demon Monk leading the group talked in a strange voice as he squinted at Fabian.

“Nobody can protect you here!

“I’ll give you one last chance! Give up and kneel before my king, offer all of your assets as an apology,and only then we’ll let you off the hook!”
Fabian chuckled.
“I’m the King of Gambling. Why would I concede to such a small nation like Thailand? Aren’t you being alittle too cocky?
“I refuse the offer.”
