Chapter 3480

Chapter 3480

A man in a suit walked out soon after. He had a stubble, similar to someone from the

Island Nations.

He was a lot taller than the people there. A fierce and dominant aura could be felt on

him.

Harvey glanced curiously at the man. Then, he realized that the man looked quite

similar to Larisa.

He could tell that the man was none other than Bowen Lee, the branch leader of Longmen’s Flutwellbranch.

A few officers read out a bunch of nonsense before introducing the jury and

examiners.

After that, Bowen walked on stage and looked calmly in front of him.

“Aside from the strength to walk the underworld…”

“Everyone knows that the most important thing is to learn the Art of Killing from different schools andcurses.”novelbin

“The goal is to not teach you how to kill, but to have the strength to protect yourself when met with oddsituations!”

“That’s why this test will be a lot different than before!”

“By my judgment, I have someone here who was cursed by something unknown!”

“It’s why she’s in a tough spot right now.”

“Whoever sets her free from her current state…”

“Will have my acknowledgment ! They will become the champion of the provincial qualifiers!”

“Aside from my friendship and a hundred and fifty thousand dollars worth of money, they’ll also have theright to participate in the Longmen Summit’s final test!”

Bowen waved his hand, and two Longmen disciples carefully pushed a wheelchair

forward.

A woman was strapped in the wheelchair.

She was wearing a hospital gown, trembling, her eyes filled with fear. However, she remainedemotionless, as if she was a vegetable.

If it weren’t for the occasional shrieking coming from her, everyone would’ve thought that she was just acorpse.

Even though the woman was a few feet away from the examinees, they all frowned.

Harvey, on the other hand, was shocked.

“Larisa?”

Larisa didn’t wear any makeup—she looked extremely miserable, but Harvey was still able to recognizeher.

That said, Larisa was no longer the bossy–looking woman from before–she looked as if she was on theverge of death.

Pinholes had completely covered her entire arm. Clearly, she had already received a lot of treatment in avery short amount of time.

But judging from her current condition, it was all for naught.

Right when Harvey was squinting, Bowen then said, “I brought this patient here from the hospital.”

“She was injured because of an accidental discharge of a firearm, but it was just a flesh wound.”

“Her real injury isn’t that, though. She was affected by an unknown curse.”

“I can’t tell you where it even came from…”

“But I can tell you this: you’ll find all sorts of curses like these out in the real world!”

“Since you’re all handpicked elites of Flutwell’s younger generation, you must all be naturallyoutstanding. It shouldn’t be hard for you to deal with this, right?”

“Every single one of you has a chance to perform. You have five minutes each.”

“Use everything you can to treat this woman! I’ll judge you based on that.”

“If none of you can do anything about this curse, then I wouldn’t mind keeping the list empty.”

“It’s way better than sending someone to embarrass themselves at the final test, anyway.”
