When Nancy noticed that the empress had accidentally wounded her hand, she walked up to her andheld her hand. She then said, "Please calm down, Your Majesty. "All of you may leave now," the empress stated while she made a gesture with her hand. At that point,only Nancy was left by her side. Nancy had been with her since childhood, so she believed in her. Theempress ordered, "Bring me the medicine."
"You want to take the medicine, Your Majesty?"
"Today, I must see His Majesty. If I can keep him away from Sherry's palace, I would be able to teachher a lesson. No matter how much His Majesty dotes on her, she is still just a lowly concubine, and asthe empress, I am still above her," the empress said with gritted teeth.
