Chapter 599

Chapter 599

Estelle was incredibly busy with her tasks, which included designing, coordinating with the film crew,

and reaching out to the agents of various lead actors. Time flew by, and before she knew it, October

had come to an end and the movie began shooting.

On the first day of filming, Estelle and Inman, her colleague, went to the set together Their purpose was

to assist the main actors with their costumes and assess how they appeared on camera

The movie, titled “Old Times On The Sea, was helmed by Mayfield. It revolved around two sisters

belonging to a wealthy family during the Middle Ages The older sister possessed strength and bravery,

while the younger one was innocent and carefree, yet oblivious to the realities of the world

Yvonne played the older sister, Rachel Locke, who was engaged to Adler Decker, an equally matched

aristocrat they’d never met before

Hattie played the younger sister, Sonya Locke, who was curious about her future brother-in-law and

snuck off to meet Adler, only to fall for him at first sight. novelbin

She then pretended to be Rachel and met with Adler as his fiancée. In front of her sister, she claimed

that Adler was her classmate and boyfriend.

One day, Adler saw Rachel and instantly fell for her but felt guilty about “cheating” on his “fiancee”

Sonya.

Rachel also fell in love with Adler, but she had to restrain herself because he was her sister’s

boyfriend.

The story revolved around the love triangle.

The first scene of the movie was Sonya, disguised as a tutor, secretly visiting the Decker family to see

Adler.

Hattie wore a light blue dress designed by Estelle in this scene.

Mayfield showed the shot to Inman and said, “The effect is excellent, and the character’s personality

stands out instantly!”

Estelle and Inman exchanged smiles and modestly replied, “Mainly thanks to Ms. Hattie’s acting skills

and the efforts of everyone -else.”

Mayfield smiled, “Anyway, it’s great!”

Inman said, “Estelle was involved in the outfit designs for the whole cast. She knows the actors and

script better than me. You can just let her stay on set in the future. If you need anything, just call me!”

“Alright, alright!” Mayfield agreed repeatedly. “I think this young lady is really something, down-to-earth,

steady, and most importantly, talented!”

“Ella just started working, so she still needs guidance from you, Mayfield.”

“Don’t worry, we’ve worked together before!” Mayfield said with a warm smile.

Inman entrusted Estelle with some instructions before leaving her in charge of the actor’s costume

coordination and went back to the studio.

Estelle found a stool to sit on and watched the actors perform, occasionally doodling on paper and

playing games on her phone. The work was pretty relaxed.

The crew members who saw Estelle’s attractiveness tried to chat her up, but they quickly gave up

when they realized she had a cold demeanor.

During a break, Yvonne came over after her scene. Everyone surrounded her with water, umbrellas,

and clothes.

She took a sip of water and glanced around the set. Without her assistant following, she walked over to

Estelle and called out with a soft smile, “Estelle!”

Estelle stood up, “Ms. Yvonne!”

“Are you getting used to being here?” Yvonne asked, dressed in her exquisite costume, looking elegant

and graceful. She smiled gently, “I didn’t expect we’d work together one day! I didn’t know you were

Inman’s assistant before. I wanted to use Alice’s design, but don’t -take it to heart. If I’d known you

made these designs, I definitely would have chosen you in a heartbeat!”
