Chapter 386

Chapter 386

Everyone quieted down, staring at Estelle and Josiah’s moves, some were already shocked with

wide eyes.

I stelle wasn’t even looking at the basket, looking down at the ball rolling towards her and throwing it

one after another at the hoop. Her actions weren’t clumsy or panicked, and she even seemed quite

calm and composed.

Each ball she threw seemed to have its own eyes, falling perfectly into the basket.

Josiah was also very good, almost on the same level as Estelle.

The spectators watched their heart-pumping showdown in excitement!

Even Yvonne was stunned, whispering, “Ms. Macclain really is amazing. It’s hard to believe she’s never

practiced before. Not to mention Josiah, I can’t believe it either!”

Charlie said, “Some people just have that kind of talent, they’re what you call geniuses!”

Yvonne looked at Jonathan, who had his hands in his pockets and was focused on the two shooting.

Her gaze followed and saw that he was looking at Estelle the whole time.

Three minutes passed quickly. Josiah stopped, sweat on his forehead. He looked up at his score,

1147!

He was confident and had a smug smile on his lips when he turned to look at Estelle with his smile

frozen.

1150!

Just one more shoot, and a mere three points ahead!

His face suddenly looked a little annoyed.

“Wow!” Magdalen shouted, “Ella is the best!”

Erik’s eyes lit up with admiration for Estelle. He excitedly rubbed his hands, “Estelle, you’re amazing!”

Everyone looked at Estelle in amazement, not knowing how a young girl could have so much.

explosive power.

Most people’s arms would get tired and weak towards the end of shooting, but Estelle’s shots were

steady all the way through. Unbelievable!

Charlie wasn’t surprised, only laughing, “Let’s see if he dares to challenge Estelle randomly in thenovelbin

future?”

Magdalen didn’t speak, just sneering at Josiah, “Are you convinced now?”

Although unhappy, Josiah nodded, smiling with a smirk, “I’m a man of my word. From now on, I’ll b at

Ms. Macclain’s disposal!”

Without waiting for next time, Magdalen ordered, “Now just go and get Ella a glass of water!”

With everyone’s eyes on him, Josiah’s face turned flushed. He clenched his teeth and went to fetch

water for Estelle.

People cheered and applauded. Yvonne frowned, “Isn’t this a bit too much? Josiah always cares most

about his dignity!”

Charlie said, “It fine, it’s a good wake-up call for him. This is actually good for him!”

Josiah poured a glass of water and came over to Estelle, “Ms. Macclain, here you go!”

Magdalen laughed, “Now you know there are always people and things beyond your reach, huh?”

Josiah clenched his teeth quietly but didn’t say anything else. He wasn’t someone who couldn’t

afford to lose!

Estelle calmly took the glass of water and took a sip, “Thank you!”

Josiah grumbled, “You’re welcome!”

Yvonne stepped forward, “Okay, it was just a joke. From now on, if Ms. Macclain wants a drink, I’ll pour

it for her on behalf of Josiah.”

Josiah felt moved, but also annoyed with himself. “I lost this myself, and it’s none of your business!”
