Chapter 1937

Estelle spoke with a calm voice, "It might be poisoned!"

Without a moment's hesitation, Lambert took a sip of the soup right in front of Estelle, "Feeling better

now?"

Estelle asked, "What do you want?"

Lambert handed her a golden credit card. "Here, take this! Good thing I had this card. It made rescuing

you a bit smoother."

Estelle frowned, "That's not mine!"

The card she had received from the researcher was black.novelbin

She later found out that at Zion, the cards came in different tiers: white for the service staff, then black,

silver, gold, and dark gold, ascending in access and privileges.

And Lambert was holding a gold card!

"No?" Lambert raised an eyebrow, "I found it under your purse."

"Under my purse?" Estelle's gaze shifted, and her expression suddenly changed.

Could it be Gab?

Did Gab leave this card for Lambert to rescue her?

It had to be!

Surely, Gab was at Zion!

He knew she was here and that she was in danger, so he managed to leave a card in her room without

a trace!

Estelle's heart thumped wildly, and as she turned to look out the window, thinking her brother was

somewhere close by, her eyes regained their sparkle.

In Citadel City

Atop the highest skyscraper, Jonathan stood by the window, surveying the entire district, his expression

tinged with evident impatience.

He turned to Nate, "Still can't track Estelle's location?"

Nate shook his head, "Ms. Macclain's tracker has been doubly shielded. It'll take a bit more time to

crack."

"Make it quick!"

"Yes, sir!"

A curly-haired man hurried in, his voice stern, "Sir, Triceratops just called, claiming the new energy

debacle was all Raiden acting on his own. He's offering to boot the Brennan family out and partner with

us instead!"

Jonathan's eyes were dark with unrest, and his agitated mood made him seem on edge, "Don't bother

me with such matters anymore!"

"Understood!" the man replied promptly.

Jonathan sank into the sofa, closed his eyes, and tried to think calmly.

Triceratops kept bringing up the new energy issue, seemingly unaware that Stella had come to Citadel.

Where exactly was Estelle?

He had found the thugs she encountered when she first arrived in Citadel; they described Estelle's

appearance and clothing—it was undoubtedly her.

They told Jonathan that Estelle was headed for Citadel City.

He had also located the convenience store where she had fought, and the store owner confirmed that

Estelle went in the direction of Citadel City.

But he had almost turned Citadel City inside out, still with no news of her.

Triceratops was recuperating in a place where Jonathan's men had searched thoroughly as well, yet

there was no clue to Estelle's whereabouts.

Suddenly, a guard came in, reporting, "There's a Ms. Jarvis here to see you, sir!"

Jonathan's brows lifted. Ms. Jarvis? Sylvia?

"Let her in!"

"Yes, sir!"
