Chapter 1386

Chapter 1386

VIP Lounge

Carson Foster was sitting on the couch, puffing on a cigarette, when Andrew came over, and

whispered, “Did I just see Estelle downstairs?”

Carson chuckled, “Yeah, no wonder Jonathan could make it today. He even chose this place.”

Andrew seemed uncertain, “Are you sure Jonathan knows that Estelle is here?”

Carson raised an eyebrow, “What are you talking about? You don’t think Estelle sneaked here without

telling Jonathan, do you?”

“So, I’m debating whether to spill the beans to Jonathan.”novelbin

Carson thought for a moment and shook his head, “Jonathan must know. Stop overthinking!”

“Alright, I’ll act like I saw nothing,” Andrew said.

“Saw what?” Jonathan suddenly came over, sat on the couch across from them, and smiled at them.

Andrew glanced awkwardly at Carson.

Carson put out his cigarette, calmly saying, “I was just saying that we haven’t seen Estelle in a while.

Next time you go out, you should invite Estelle. Marina’s been mentioning her too.”

Jonathan gave a knowing smile, “Estelle’s at the 9th Mansion right now. You guys saw her, didn’t you?”

Carson quickly said, “I knew it! You suggested coming to the 9th Mansion because Estelle is here.

Andrew and I were debating whether to tell you. Totally unnecessary.”

“She’s having a party with her friends.” Jonathan’s voice was calm. He looked at Andrew, “Did you see

which room she went to?”

Andrew immediately said, “Room 907 downstairs.”

Jonathan stood up. “I’ll go check on Estelle, and you guys carry on.”

After Jonathan left, Andrew let out a sigh of relief, “You were right. We were worrying for nothing.”

“Something feels off.” Carson suddenly frowned.

“Off how?” Andrew asked.

Carson’s smile faded, and he remained silent.

Jonathan went downstairs and straight to room 907.

Inside the room, Harriet glanced at the time, laughing, “About ten minutes, I guess!”

“Shush!” Sophia made a quiet gesture, a bright smile on her face, “Let them stay a bit longer. Give Mr.

Gilder some benefits.”

“Stop messing around, and it could cause misunderstandings!”

Just as Harriet finished, they heard a knock on the door. Thinking it was the waiter with drinks, she

called out, “Come in!”

The door opened, and Jonathan walked in.

Harriet stood up in surprise, “Mr. Lamont?”

Jonathan’s handsome features looked calm in the dim light. He smiled, “I’m looking for Estelle.”

He looked around, “Where’s Estelle?”

At that moment, the door to the small room opened, and Jason came out holding Estelle’s wrist, looking

a little stunned at seeing Jonathan.

His phone had died, leaving the room in darkness. He had grabbed Estelle’s wrist on the way out, not

expecting to see Jonathan as soon as he came out.

Jason let go of Estelle and walked straight to the couch.

Estelle walked towards Jonathan, clear-eyed, “What brings you here?”

A hint of coldness flashed in Jonathan’s eyes, but he quickly regained his usual composure, smiling, “I

was just here with Carson and the others. I’d bring a bottle of wine for you and your friends.”
