Chapter 1311

Chapter 1311

Blythe said a bit confusedly, "But my boyfriend doesn't like this, and birth control pills may have side

effects."

Estelle thought of the pills Jonathan gave her and gently said, "I have a kind of pill that is said to have

no side effects. You can try it."

"Really? What brand?" Blythe asked excitedly.

"I'm not sure. I'll take a picture of it when I get home and show you."

"Okay!"novelbin

Blythe nodded repeatedly, saying, "If it really has no side effects, that would be great."

A staffer came over, and the two stopped chatting to start working.

At night, Estelle took out the pills Jonathan gave her, snapped a photo, and sent it to Blythe.

Blythe quickly replied, "I haven't seen this kind of pill before; thank you, Estelle"

"No problem!"

Estelle didn't really think much about it. That night, Jonathan took her out to eat at Yum Yum Bakery,

and she didn't bring it up.

Two days later, Blythe came running over at work, holding two lollipops, and handed one to Estelle.

Estelle took it and smiled. "Why are you so happy?"

Blythe leaned on the table, squinting and laughing. "My period came"

Estelle tapped her lollipop against Blythe's and said, "Congrats!"

Blythe's face was full of joy.

Estelle said, "If you're so scared of getting pregnant, you should take precautions and not stress

yourself out."

Blythe nodded repeatedly, saying, "I won't do this again!"

Her face darkened a bit. "Actually, I'm not afraid of getting pregnant; it's my boyfriend who's scared.

He's been pressuring me, and this situation makes me feel like he doesn't love me as much as I

thought."

"Why?" Estelle asked.

"If he truly loved me, why would he be scared of me getting pregnant? He should be happy if I did,’

Blythe complained quietly.

Estelle gently said, "Maybe it's because you're not married yet."

"That doesn't matter; we've been together for two years. If I got pregnant, we could just get married;

there's no contradiction,’ Blythe said sadly. "So, he doesn't love me, or he doesn't love me the way I

thought."

As the lollipop slowly melted in her mouth, Estelle chewed on the sweet and sour candy, thinking.

"By the way,’ Blythe suddenly remembered, “In the photo you sent me, I went to several pharmacies

and couldn't find that pill. Where did you get it?"

The pill only had an's' on it, but the pharmacists all said they hadn't seen this kind of birth control pill.

Estelle snapped back to reality: "Really?"

"Yes!" Blythe shook her head. "I also looked it up online and couldnt find the same one."

Estelle was surprised. She thought the pills Jonathan gave her were just regular birth control.

"I'll ask and let you know,’ Estelle said.

"Okay!" Blythe popped the lollipop back in her mouth, heard someone calling her, and ran off.

Estelle looked at the photo she took again. Looking at the white pill, she thought about how Jonathan

would always prepare the pill for her when they were together after returning to J City. He would even

watch her take it.

Now, twice a month, Jonathan would watch her take the pill on time.

Was he also worried about her getting pregnant?

Estelle felt a bit down, and the candy in her mouth lost its taste.
