Chapter 1075

Chapter 1075

Estelle was fast asleep, her long lashes still moist from the bath, gently resting on his chest. Jonathan’s

fingers were lightly stroking Estelle’s cheek, giving off a sigh of

satisfaction.

When Estelle woke up, it was already bright daylight. The curtains of the bedroom were not closed, and

the sunlight was shining on her delicate face.

Her long eyelashes quivering slightly, she opened her eyes, and saw the handsome face of the mannovelbin

close at hand.

Jonathan was lying on his side looking at her, seemingly just woke up too. His robe was loosely tied,

and there was a lazy look in his eyes. He smiled at her gently, “Morning, babe.”

Estelle’s gaze gradually became clear. She wrapped a bathrobe around her and got up to get her

clothes.

When she came out of the walk-in closet, Jonathan was setting up breakfast. He turned his head to

look at her, “Come have breakfast.”

“I’m not hungry!” Estelle said indifferently.

Jonathan raised an eyebrow, “Be good, eat breakfast, then I’ll take you home.”

“Jonathan!” Estelle frowned, “Don’t forget what you said last night.”

Jonathan grined, “Estelle, did you agree to stay because I said we don’t owe each other anything from

the moment on?”

“Of course!” Estelle answered immediately.

Jonathan moved closer to her, staring at her face, and said in a low voice, “Have you ever thought that

you agreed to stay so easily, maybe because you like me too?” Estelle’s eyes widened slightly, her lips

pursed, her voice a few degrees, lower, “You’re overthinking it!

“Alright, maybe I am.” Jonathan didn’t argue with her, just glanced at his watch, “If you go downstairs

now, you might just bump into Charlie. What do you think he’d think seeing you coming out of here

early in the morning?”

Estelle was a bit surprised, “Charlie lives here too?”

“Yes, he suddenly moved out of his house a year ago, and he comes back here almost every night.”

Estelle was really surprised. The house at the Royal Mansion had always been vacant, and Charlie

rarely stayed here. Why would he suddenly move here?

Jonathan took advantage of Estelle’s distraction and led her to the dining room, “Let’s have breakfast

first.”

Estelle didn’t want to make a fuss, so she went along with his plan.

They sat across from each other, Estelle focused on eating, just wanting to leave as soon as possible.

Jonathan didn’t disturb her further, and let her eat in peace.

After the meal, Jonathan poured a glass of water in front of her, then gave her a white pill.

“What’s this?” Estelle looked up and asked.

“Birth control.” Jonathan lightly explained, “I didn’t take any protection last night. This pill has no side

effects.”

Estelle looked at the white pill, suddenly remembering a few days ago when Jonathan brought her

back, he gave her the same pill in the middle of the night.

Was he that worried she’ll get pregnant?

A sense of despair rose in Estelle’s heart, but her expression didn’t change. She put the pill in her

mouth.

She was more scared of getting pregnant than he was.

Jonathan watched her finish, poured her another glass of water, then turned to get her coat.

“Let’s go, I’ll take you home.”

Two days later, on Saturday.
