Chapter 94 Stupid Bernard

Stone City is just a small second or third tier city in the country.

Although there are quite a few hotels that have been able to gain a foothold here, none of them are

considered to be any high class hotels, and the only one is the Triumph Hotel, which is considered to

be run by the overseas Triumph Group.

"Crane, the price of Triumph Hotel is very high, I ......"

When Flora saw that Crane was about to walk into Triumph Hotel, she immediately opened her mouth

to dissuade him.

"Don't worry, I have money."

"But!"

"No buts, we can't let our daughters down."

Crane said with a smile.

Flora was silent for a long time before she nodded and said, "Alright."

She held Nadia and Megan by hands and walked with Crane to the entrance of the hotel.

"Hold on a second."

Two waiters came over and stopped them in their tracks.

"Sir, Ma'am, may I ask what you're here for?"

They took a slight glance at Crane's family of four, vaguely guessing something.

After all, looking at the family of four, they didn't look like they could afford to come here to eat.

One meal would cost 20,000 to 30,000, which was worth several months' salary of an ordinary person,

and they did not think that Crane could afford it

In response, Crane didn't care and said, "We're here for a meal, what, no more seats?"

"Yes."

The waiter said casually, and it seemed to him that Crane should leave at once.

Whirling around, he saw another person, and instantly his eyes widened, and he came forward with a

smile.

"Mr. Bernard, I didn't expect it to be you."

"Huh."

A disdainful laugh made Crane turn around and look over. Who else could it be if not Bernard?

As for the person beside him, it was no other than Aston.

They also clearly saw Crane and were stunned, but they soon laughed coldly.

"Well, isn't this Crane? You're actually here, are you here for a meal?"

"Do you think we are here to see you play tricks?"

Crane said in a bad mood.

That waiter had been startled to see both sides greeting each other, thinking that Crane was some big

shot, but then Aston walked over and looked at Flora with a greedy look.

Previously, he had only seen the photos and felt that this woman was beautiful.

Only now, seeing Flora in person, his heart suddenly thumped.

"Could this be Ms. Flora Chambers?"

He put on a smirk.

Flora froze for a moment and asked curiously, "You are?"

"Aston Smith from Magic City."

Aston smiled slightly, Flora's eyelids immediately jumped, and she even instinctively glanced at Crane.

Crane blocked Aston's approach and said indifferently, "Get lost."

"What?"

Aston's eyelids fluttered slightly as he instinctively looked at Crane in anger.

"What do you want, kid?"

He wanted to give Crane a slap, but the next second he was controlled by a man.

It was as if he was imprisoned and couldn't get out at all.

He was so angry that he wanted to curse, but when he looked up, he met the eyes of a woman,

Sienna.

"You!"

Aston felt that this woman seemed somewhat familiar.

Bernard, however, exclaimed, "You're that assassin Sienna Mitchell. Didn’t I send you to assassinate

Crane, why are you here!"

"Idiot!"

Aston cursed angrily in his heart, and Bernard also realized that he had said something wrong, and

immediately shut his mouth, but it was too late.

The guests who came and went, and the waiters, all had their faces turned extraordinarily pale.

"What an idiot, but it's quite a match for you, Aston."

Crane snorted.

He had never seen such a stupid person. He hadn't said anything yet, but the idiot had honestly spilled

the beans.

"Are you setting me up?"

"But how did you do it?"

Bernard knew that there was no way to defend himself now, so he simply stared at Crane with a deadly

stare.

A teasing look flashed across Crane's eyes.

"None of your business."

"Director Moss, it's time to make an arrest."

As soon as the words fell, a cacophony of noise rang out while Crane pulled Flora and his daughters

into the hotel.

"What's going on? I don't suppose you brought us to dinner to set up Bernard, plus what's the deal with

him sending people after you and this woman?"

Flora only felt her head buzzing, clearly confused about the matter.

Crane smiled and said, "Don't worry, I didn't set it up, it's really quite a coincidence."novelbin

He hadn't expected Eduard would come, perhaps he was having dinner in the neighborhood and came

down just in time to see him.

It also happened that Aston was about to make a move, Sienna showed her face, and then Bernard, a

stupid bastard, even said that kind of thing, it was simply a pity not to arrest him.

"Oh, by the way, that woman just now is Sienna, the assassin they sent before, but we knew each other

before, so I arranged for her to be your bodyguard."

Crane introduced Sienna.

Flora listened, remembering the previous encounter with Spencer and the others, it seemed that Crane

knew quite a few powerful people, plus he was originally the young master of the Smith family in Magic

City, the connections in his hands were naturally unimaginable.

Soon they began to dine, and those waiters were clearly more polite.

"This meal cost a fifty thousand, right."

Flora looked at the table of delicacies, and her eyes couldn't help but flush with surpise.

It really wasn't something she could imagine.

Fifty thousand is almost as much as the average family spends in a year.

Crane smiled faintly, and ignored Flora, picking up Megan, "Megan, come and eat the chicken leg."

He pinched off a large chicken leg and handed it to Megan, then tore off another and handed it to

Nadia.

Nadia looked at the chicken leg and couldn't stop gulping, taking it directly into her mouth.

Looking at the appearance of his two daughters, Crane showed a happy smile.

Flora, on the other hand, looked at Crane in a dumbfounded manner.

It seemed that she had thought too much, and had thought that Crane was simply holding apologies,

but now it seemed that this might be the life Crane needed.

"So, do I still need to be so separate from him?"

"No, no, there are still some things that have to be cleared up before we are husband and wife. What if

he suddenly disappears again like he did seven years ago, what will happen to me, Nadia and

Megan?"

She clenched her fists tightly.

That incident back then had affected her a lot, and the scars in her heart still hadn't healed.
