“It’s no biggie… I cut myself is all.” Lauren tried hiding it with her hair, but Landon grabbed her wrist,
stopping her.
Anger burned in his eyes as he grunted out, “Did Betty do this?”
Lauren could only bite her lip and stay quiet.
