her hand. She felt it wasn’t her place to accept Liam’s apology.
“But I’ve prepared a gift for Lyla. Lyse, I’ll need your help to hand it to Lyla.”
“Of course.”
The bulletproof vehicle that was driven from Leichtown to pick up the colonel had been waiting for a
while at the hotel’s underground parking.
