As night fell, Jameson went to Schmidt Residence to have dinner with Victor. The once lively dinner table was now silent, withonly Victor and Jameson sitting by it.

"If this secret is useful, | don't just want to sit at this table; | want to be reinstated to my position as CEO of the company!" Joshexclaimed, shooting Jameson another glare.

"It's okay, Dad," Jameson said humbly. "This post always belonged to Josh anyway. It's reasonable for him to be unhappy thatI'm in it. But | don't mind. We're family, after all.
"If Josh really has a way to get rid of Jonah, then let him continue being the company's CEO. I'm happy enough being part of theboard and the management department."
