Chapter 1064

“You…” Alyssa could sense the desire in Jasper’s tone. Her heart. skipped a beat as she blushed.

“Ahem… Congratulations on your recovery, Mr. Beckett. I’ll be leaving first. You two can rest here in myoffice in the meantime. Goodbye!” Abel said.

Abel had three kids of his own. He knew what the youth these days had on their minds. He’d truly bedumb if he didn’t leave Alyssa and Jasper alone now.

“Don’t, Dr. Liverton. I-I still have something I want to ask you about. I’ll come with you!” Alyssa quicklytried to run away from Jasper, face still flushed.

The moment she did, however, Jasper’s hands clasped her tightly against his waist, making her unableto pull away.

“Oh, no. You’re Dr. White, after all. I’m the one who has a lot t from you. Please don’t put this stress onme!” Abel said as he out the door. He was right about to close it.

“Wait for me! We can learn from one another!” Alyssa cried, shoving Jasper away with a firm push likea prey running away from its predator.novelbin

But Abel had already left the office.

Jasper chuckled lightly as he gazed at the shut door. He was holding back with all his might right now.

It was night by the time they returned to Alyssa’s home.

Before Alyssa could even take off her shoes, Jasper had impatiently lifted her by the waist andmarched upstairs.

“Hey, put me… put me down!” Alyssa yelped, arms locking around. Jasper’s neck.

Her red high heels fell off her feet and down the stairs as she flailed in his arms.

“No,” Jasper murmured. He pecked Alyssa on the nose, hearing how. shaky her breaths were. “Youdon’t have any excuses any more, Lyse.”

“Excuses? What excuses?” Alyssa stammered, cheeks flushed red.

“I’ve recovered fully, and you’re not on your period.” Jasper swallowed, his eyes feverish. “How elsecan you deny me now?”

Alyssa recalled how they had spent the past weeks behaving like mere roommates. They hadn’t hadsex, not even a single time.

Jasper had signaled to Alyssa about it several times, but she always used his injuries as an excuse tostop him. When they were on the plane, it was Jasper who satisfied Alyssa with his hands while he hadto hold it all in. It was quite sad, really.

Alyssa was soon pressed into the bed by Jasper.

He was panting as he fervently kissed her on the lips. Alyssa pressed both hands on his tremblingchest, mewling, “Did … did you recover just to do this with me? Is sex all you want from me, JasperBeckett? I’m not some toy for you to release your desires on!”

Jasper was stunned. The desire in his eyes swiftly turned to doting affection as he gently kissed herforehead. “What are you saying, silly? I do miss doing it with you, and you’re the only person I want,Lyse.”

Alyssa’s throat choked up somewhat as she bit her lip.

“We finally reunited after so many obstacles. Do you have any idea how much I cherish ourrelationship? How much I cherish you? What I would give to make the days with you go by slower. 24hours by your side is just not enough,” Jasper said earnestly.

He sighed deeply, heart filling with bitter emotion. “I want to treat your really, really well… but I don’tknow what to do in order to satisfy you. and make you feel happy. That’s why I hope the rest of ourlives together can be in the honeymoon phase forever. I hope that I still have the energy to kiss andhug you when we’re older.”

Alyssa’s eyes slowly watered as she gazed at him.

“You… Are you crying, Lyse?” Jasper wasn’t sure where he’d misspoken. He only knew to apologize.“I’m so sorry, Lyse. I won’t touch you again, I won’t…”
