“What important thing?” Caroline blinked.
Kirk leaned over and said, “Today is the day when the bank will announce who will take over
Collins Group.”
Only then did Caroline remember. “I can’t believe I forgot about it. What time is it? Have they
already announced it??”
Seeing Caroline’s anxious expression, Kirk reached out and hugged her around the waist. novelbin
