Chapter 53 - forever ?

They were walking on the beach holding each other's hands.
He was wearing his shorts showing his perfectly build body under the glowing sun.
While she was wearing her white bikini covering under his white shirt.
"Why are you wearing my shirt babygirl...?"
He asked pulling her closer.
"Because I like your shirt, it smells like you..."
She said smiling at him showing her dimples.
"But I am here with you... And let me tell you, you are making me hard by wearing my shirt..."
He said making her blush.
"Massimo can I ask you something..."
"Hmm?.."
"Why did you chose me...?"
She asked facing him.
He looked at her and pulled her even more closer grabbing her waist.
"Because I found my peace in you babygirl... As a mafia king my father always told me to become
emotionless, he said that my emotions will be my biggest enemies if I couldn't control them, so I did. I
became emotionless and cruel but when I met you I started feeling different things... You taught me
how to be gentle and brought happiness into my life... I trust you and I know you will never leave me
alone even in my bad times...."
He said lovingly looking at her eyes which were filled with the same amount of love for him.
"And now why did you chose me?"
"Because you pulled me out of my darkness, you broke each and every wall with your love and care... I
fell for you because even if you were cruel mafia you never showed me your dark side, you were
always patient with me, you gave me my freedom, made me feel safe with you, I trust you that's why I
chose you..."
He smiled at her words.
She took out two bracelets from her shirt pocket and he looked at her confused.
"What is this?..."
He asked.
"It's a forever charm bracelet... It's a promise that I will stay by your side forever, no matter what?..."
She grinned happily.
"When did you buy this?..."
"When you were talking with your second wife..."
She rolled her eyes at him.
He looked at her confused.
"Second wife, who..?"
"Nicolas..."
She said and he burst out laughing.
She was admiring his laughing form, he was looking so carefree like that, she was lost in his charm.
"I like your laugh Massimo, you look amazing like this..."
She said kissing his cheek Making him look at her smiling.
"You're the reason behind it babygirl, it's all because of you..."
He pecked her lips.
"Promise me you will stay by my side forever... No one can take you away from me... You will never
leave me alone... Promise me..."
"I promise I will never leave you alone Massimo... No one can break us apart not even death... I
promise you I will stay by your side forever... I love you..."
She said making his heart flutter.
"I love you too... And I will always protect you babygirl I promise..."
He said and kissed her sealing their promises with their passionate kiss, pouring all their love and trust
in that kiss.
"Ok now give me your hand..."
She said and he held his hand in front of her.
She tied one black colour bracelet with infinity sign around his wrist and kissed his hand.
"Forever..."
She said smiling.
"It's my turn now give me yours..."
He said and she handed him a white colour bracelet with infinity sign.
When he was about to tie it around her wrist it slipped from his hand and fell down in the sand, he
cursed under his breath...
"Dammit... I am sorry, just a second..."
She nodded at him smiling.
He kneeled down to pick that bracelet but within seconds his world turned upside down, his heart
stopped beating and it felt like someone stabbed him with a sharp knife direct in his heart.
His world started spinning when Anamika's body fell in front of him, her white shirt was covered in her
own blood. A bullet hit her straight through her heart and blood was flowing out from her wound mixing
with white sand of the beach, her eyes were closed, her face pale and lifeless.
He was still looking at her body with shocked eyes, not ready to believe that this is actually
happening... He touched her face with shivering hands and his whole world came down crashing onnovelbin
him...
It was real, it was her, his Anamika was lying in front of him lifeless, covered in blood with a bullet
where her heart is supposed to beat, it was supposed to beat only for him.
He came out from his shocked state.
"Anamikaaaa..."
A ear piercing scream left from his mouth and he broke down.
