“What?” Upon heeding the warning, the burly man swiftly turned. A silver vine, gleaming unlike its dull gray counterparts, approached him like a spear. It was thicker, tougher, and faster.

“Go to hell!” With a quick wrist flip, he swung his steel blade, aiming to cut the silver vine in half.

The blade clashed with the silver vine, creating sparks and a loud metal clash. The vine’s attack paused, making the burly manstagger back in shock.

“This is tougher than | expected.” His eyelid twitched as he examined his steel blade, noticing a clear nick from his recent strike.Realizing the vine was tougher than his blade, he wondered about its origin and concluded it must be a divine weapon.

Without granting the burly man a moment to react, the silver vine swiftly launched another piercing attack, moving as swiftly as alightning bolt.

The burly man acted cautiously, promptly raising his blade in defense. Soon, an intense battle unfolded.

Despite his adept sword techniques and lethal moves, he found himself incapable of inflicting any damage upon the resilientsilver vine. Even with a forceful strike, his efforts merely repelled the vine, leaving it unscathed.

Following a sequence of collisions, the silver vine displayed no signs of damage. In contrast, the man’s blade was riddled withnotches and breaks.

Eventually, in the aftermath of another powerful clash, the burly man’s blade yielded to the strain and snapped.

“Retreat quickly!” Jackson urgently warned as he witnessed the dire situation. He rushed forward with the intention of supportingthe burly man.

“Hmph! There must be a way to deal with you!” Unfazed, the burly man tossed his shattered blade aside and grabbed the silvervine firmly with both hands.

A tug-of-war unfolded, with the silver vine retracting desperately and the strong man exerting force to pull it outward. There was abrief moment where both sides appeared evenly matched.

“| must pull you out!” He gritted his teeth and stomped on the ground. His true energy surged through his body and limbs, causing his muscles to swell and veins to bulge.

His face turned crimson, and his eyes turned bloodshot. With his colossal strength, the silver vine began to inch out.“Great job!” Jackson cheered as he watched, unsheathing his sword blade to cut the silver vine. But just as he was about to act, everything changed.

As the burly man struggled to pull away, a silver vine suddenly shot up from the ground, swiftly piercing through his chest. Inquick succession, more vines emerged, numbering over a dozen.
