Chapter 1306

An Understated Dominance by Marina Vittori Chapter 1306

“| can’t believe this is Logan’s calligraphy. It’s no wonder he’s qualified to transcribe the Emperor’s verses.”

“The Emperor’s verses and the Kirin’s penmanship. It would be unbelievable if Regal Court still couldn’t succeed!”

“As expected of the Kirin. His calligraphy, penned in his teens, is comparable to esteemed calligraphy masters. What a treasure!”

The students stared at the poem in amazement. They finally realized why Regal Court had such strict entry requirements. Withsuch an invaluable treasure on display, it seemed perfectly justified.

“| heard that the Kirin is not only exceptionally gifted but also incredibly handsome. He’s also well-versed in both classical andcontemporary literature.

“If only | was lucky enough to meet him!” Harper sighed dreamily, her eyes brimming with admiration. Even though Cody wasoutstanding in his own right, Logan remained in a league of his own.

Whether it was his family background, personal abilities, or physical attractiveness, Logan was the epitome of perfection. He wasthe ideal man countless women dreamed of.

In the past, Harper had often daydreamed about marrying Logan. The thought of becoming Logan’s wife was simply enchanting.“The same stream of life that runs through my veins night and day runs through the world and dances in rhythmic measures.novelbin

It is the same life that shoots in joy through the dust of the earth in numberless blades of grass and breaks into tumultuouswaves of leaves and flowers.”

“What a great poem. Simply outstanding! The verses are remarkable, but the calligraphy is even better. He truly deserves to bethe unrivaled genius of our time!”

Brooke stroked his beard, uttering only praises.

“Dr. Busch’s praises may be a tad exaggerated. The penmanship on this appears somewhat unrefined.” Looking at the poem,Dustin reminisced back to ten years ago.

“Hey! What nonsense are you spouting? Harper was irritated upon hearing him. She shouted, “Who do you think you are? Howdare you insult the Kirin’s penmanship? You have quite the nerve! Logan was her idol. He had a sacred presence to her. Shewouldn’t allow him to be insulted like that.

“That’s right! The Kirin’s penmanship is worth a fortune, but what about you? You're not even fit to be in his presence! “Caldwellchimed in.

While the others remained silent, they had strange looks on their faces. The Kirin’s writing had already stood the test of time. Many people had traveled far and wide just to witness its brilliance.

After seeing it, they were even more impressed. It was penmanship that had earned the admiration of various calligraphymasters. But Dustin was calling it unrefined?

What a cocky man.

“| was just stating facts. Why are all of you getting so worked up?” Dustin was puzzled. His handwriting ten years ago wasindeed unrefined compared to now. What was the fuss about?

“Stating facts? You're just spouting nonsense!” Harper was furious.

“You clearly don’t know anything, yet you’re shameless enough to give criticism. People like you are truly despicable!”“Hmph! | think someone here is just jealous and trying to discredit the Kirin’s handwriting!” Caldwell sneered.

“Dustin, be careful with your words. If it spreads, it might land you in big trouble,” Cody warned. Was this guy out of his mind? Heactually dared discredit the Kirin while at Regal Court? Was he trying to get himself killed?

“Rhys! You arrogant prick! Didn’t you say the Kirin’s penmanship was bad? Well, why don’t you pen a new piece exactly like thispoem? Let’s see just how great you are!” Harper said angrily.
