The man was Lou Geek, the owner of Aroma. “Lou! You're finally here!” Sue was elated when she saw him. She quickly hurriedover to his side. Lou was not only her boyfriend but also her powerful backer. He had status, power, and connections.

And most importantly, his connections reached both the authorities and the underworld. There was nothing he couldn't handlewith the snap of his fingers.

“What happened to your face? Who did it?” Lou frowned when he saw Sue’s swollen face.“Lou, | did what you asked me to. | prepared a private room for Ms. Nicholson, but these ruffians insisted on having it.

“They even got aggressive when they didn’t have their way with things. See, they were the ones who did this to me! My face isruined!”

Sue sobbed as she told Lou what had happened. Lou’s face fell when he heard the whole story. Nobody had dared to cause ascene at Aroma since the day it opened. Who was the one who had a death wish? How dare he hit his woman?

“Ms. Nicholson, Mrs. Nicholson, are you both alright?” Lou did not act up right away. Instead, he walked over to Dahlia andFlorence to check on them.

“You've come at the right time, Mr. Geek. Someone here is trying to take our room, and he’s making our time here reallyunpleasant. I’m incredibly frustrated with everything that’s going on.

“How do you propose we handle this?”

Florence demanded as she crossed her arms, giving off an authoritative air. “Mrs. Nicholson, all this happened because of thelack of planning on our end. I’m deeply sorry that your mood has been ruined.

“I'll pay for all your expenses here at Aroma in the future.” Lou smiled apologetically. “Pay for all expenses?” Many among thecrowd were surprised to hear that.

Expenditure at Aroma was quite costly as all their ingredients were top-grade quality. To pay for all their expenses for life was notsomething everyone could afford to do.

“That sounds more like it,” Florence huffed. She looked much more appeased after hearing that. However, she continued, “Iaccept your apology, but | will not forget what happened today. You must give me a satisfactory explanation!”

“Correction, | wasn’t trying to take it from her. We booked the room first,” Dustin corrected Lou calmly.

“| don’t care who booked the room first. If Mrs. Nicholson wants the room, then it’s hers!” Lou said domineeringly.

“Who are you?” Dustin asked.“I'm the owner of Aroma. | call the shots here!” Lou declared frostily.

“So you're the owner, are you? Have you got no rules here? Don’t you know what it means by ‘first come, first served’? Don’t youknow that you should treat your customers equally?” Dustin asked.

“Cut the nonsense! What | say goes!”

Lou started to look impatient. “I’m officially declaring that you bunch of ruffians are blacklisted and banned from ever enteringAroma again!

“From this moment on, we will not accept you as customers. So don’t even dream of dining here anymore! Now, get the hell outof Aroma! This is an order!”
