The audience immediately erupted into thunderous applause as lights dimmed on stage while near
ethereal piano music began playing - Soul is an extremely ethereal song that became famous when it
was first released by Wynter who wrote lyrics for Eden who then sang it to make it both famousnovelbin

It even elevated Eden's status further since Soul's EP sold millions. Who would've thought Ashlyn and
her mother would suddenly perform this piece?
As soon as flashlights lit up, Ashlyn, wearing a fair dress sitting atop a piano bench, her fingers dancing
across black-and-white keys to create beautiful melodies. Everything looked stunningly beautiful!
And just then, Mrs. Ritter suddenly appeared. She was wearing a white dress and sat next to Ashlyn,
playing a piano duet with her!
After the duet, Ashlyn suddenly stood up and elegantly twirled around, lifting her skirt and starting to
dance.
The scene was very impressive. Mrs. Ritter was the president of the Urgford Piano Association and
had a high level of piano skills. The mother-daughter duet from earlier was shocking, followed by

"Miss Andrews," Ashlyn said triumphantly, "if you want to quit performing now you still can." She felt like
she had finally gotten one over on Sylvia after losing every time before.
"Mrs. Ritter is quite cunning," thought Sylvia sarcastically while looking at Ashlyn with contempt in her
eyes. "I bet they spent a lot of money on this program addition! They even managed to buy off the
production team; truly impressive funding that I cannot compare with!" With that said, she walked
towards the stage.
After hearing Soul mentioned twice in a row but performed by two different performers, some audience
members were surprised but because they had already formed an opinion based on the Riters'
performance earlier, they didn't expect much from Sylvia's rendition of Soul.
Some even played on their phones or chatted away during her set.
Franklin silently watched as Sylvia took center stage wearing black leather pants and jacket paired with
cool Martin boots while carrying a bass guitar instead of wearing Franklin's ethereal dress he prepared
for her earlier.
Her long hair was braided into locks and makeup matched perfectly for an edgy rockstar vibe.
She already possessed striking beauty which looked even more eye-catching under bright lights due to
porcelain white skin tone.
With all these elements combined together made it seem like she emerged out from darkness as
queen!
Jenna's heart raced anxiously since everyone around them seemed unimpressed by what would come
next - except Franklin who showed trust in his eyes towards his beloved girlfriend's abilities.
The mother-daughter duo from Ritter Group strutted back to their seats after their performance,
basking in the reactions of the audience. It had been a long time since they felt this exhilarated.
"She thinks she's some hotshot music maestro just because Louis likes her," Mrs. Ritter whispered to
Ashlyn.
Ashlyn nodded and turned her attention back to the stage where Sylvia stood under the spotlight with a
keyboard in front of her.
"What is she doing? Can she even play?" Ashlyn furrowed her brows.
"She's all alone, what does she think she can perform? Does she really believe that one person can
replace an entire band?" Mrs. Ritter couldn't help but chuckle.
Even bringing up a keyboardist was laughable!
Adrienne leaned over and asked Ashlyn, "You performed Soul so well, are you Wynter?"
Wynter was known for being very mysterious not only in H Rovirsa but internationally as well.
Ashlyn froze for a moment. She wasn't Wynter at all. But... Wynter was so mysterious that no one had
ever seen him before. Adrienne's guess didn't matter anyway.
As soon as Adrienne spoke, people around them began whispering quietly, "Could it be true?"
"She didn't deny it; that means it must be true."
"Oh my god! If she really is Wynter, then why isn't she participating in the composition competition?
Letting Jenna win?"
"Maybe Jenna is actually Wynter?"
Jenna who sat in front of them heard everything clearly and immediately denied it saying "I'm not
Wynter! I never pretend to be someone I'm not."
Ashlyn laughed triumphantly. "I participated in piano competitions so I don't want to participate again for
composition competitions because... "
She didn't finish her sentence but someone else picked up where she left off saying. "Because there's
no type of song that Wynter can't compose! He doesn't need awards to prove himself."
