Chapter 783

Jared was not capable enough to cultivate a high-tier pill. When Axton had seen the detoxification pill,

he thought that Jared had cultivated it himself. However, it was actually given to him by Rayleigh.

Although Jared got the Divine Cauldron, he had never used it. Hence, he did not know if he could

cultivate a detoxification pill. Furthermore, since he was lacking in spiritual energy right now, he could

not practice alchemy.

“Hahaha! Mr. Knox, did you see that? Even that brat admitted it. How can someone of his age cultivate

a high-tier pill? Regarding the two other things you mentioned, I'm sure that they're just exaggerations.

How can he kill a Martial Arts Grandmaster and see the arcane array? You helped him, right?” asked

Damian as he guffawed.

Axton was slightly speechless. He glanced at the other elders and asked, “Are the few of you doubting

me too?”

Axton's expression was grim, revealing his fury.

When the rest saw that he was angry, they stopped talking. After all, as the top elder, Axton was in

control when the Lord was not around.

“Don't be angry, Axton. Even if you're telling the truth, there's no way to save the girl now. It's been two

days since the Lord left, and he probably needs another two days before he returns...” said Timothy.

“Do you know where the Lord went?” Axton was stunned. When he left, the Lord was still there.

However, he was gone now.

“Who'd know about that? We didn't dare to ask either. The Lord merely instructed us to stay here and

practice alchemy diligently...”

Timothy shook his head.

This time, Axton was stuck in a difficult position. With the Lord of Medicine God Sect gone, none of

them was capable of curing Lyanna. They had no choice but to wait for the Lord to return.

“Jared, I'm so sorry. The Lord is not around, so you'll have to wait here for two days. Just leave this

lady with us first. Although I can’t cure her now, I can promise that nothing will happen to her withinnovelbin

these few days,” offered Axton as he looked at Jared apologetically.

Jared calculated the time. There were still a few days left before July 15, so staying at the Medicine

God Sect for two more days did not make a huge difference. Hence, he nodded.

Axton quickly led Jared to a room adjacent to the Medicine God Hall and left Lyanna there. The strong

smell of medicinal herbs wafted through the room.

After settling Lyanna down, Axton instructed Donald to bring Jared to rest. Axton arranged for Jared to

stay in a room near the Medicine God Hall, so it was easier for him to look after Lyanna.

Looking at how respectful Axton was to Jared, the other elders were all puzzled. They still did not

believe that

Jared was as capable as Axton described him to be.

While Jared stayed at the Medicine God Sect, Donald brought all of his meals over each day. Jared did

not leave the room either. After all, he was an outsider. If he roamed around the Medicine God Sect so

casually, he might cause a misunderstanding.

However, he was bored in the room too. Remembering the Divine Cauldron, Jared took it out and

channeled a blast of spiritual energy toward it. Immediately, the Divine Cauldron became bigger.

Looking at the Divine Cauldron that was as tall as a human, Jared leaped into the air and sat inside the

cauldron.

Huge amounts of spiritual energy emerged from the Divine Cauldron, which was then quickly absorbed

by Jared's body.

A night passed.

The sky had just brightened.

Suddenly, a dazzling flash of light shone onto the Medicine God Sect.

Soon after, the light dimmed and disappeared.

Everyone in the Medicine God Sect was confused about what that bright light was. Meanwhile, Jared

was looking at his own body in the room. Feeling the spiritual energy surging through his elixir field,

Jared almost jumped in excitement.

“I've reached a breakthrough to another stage!”

Jared clenched his fists. He flung the windows open and punched in the direction of a huge boulder on

the nearby hill.

Boom!

The boulder, weighing hundreds of kilograms, exploded into smithereens. Even the entire valley

was trembling, as if an earthquake had just struck. The stone debris flew in all directions, scattering

across the entire area.
