“Jared!” Quinley called out loudly to Jared, then quickly made her way over.

Following right behind her were a few skilled warriors from the Tall family, either Eighth or NinthLevel Body Fusion Realm cultivators.

This clearly showed that the Tall family's strength was not to be underestimated.

“Are you guys okay? Jerison returned and told me about your situation, and my brother sent me anda few subordinates over to rescue you,” Quinley said.

“We're fine,” Jared uttered while shaking his head. “We've just sustained some injuries.”

“Let's head back to the Tall residence. You can continue with your treasure hunt after you'verecuperated,” Quinley suggested. “Recently, Demonic Cultivators have been causing havoc in thefar north. Many cultivators who came in search of the treasure have met with brutal ends. It'sperilous for you to persist in your current condition.”

Jared nodded in acknowledgment. Although he wished to discover the treasure and acquire the IceSoul Pill, the present circumstances did not allow him to do so.

Furthermore, Feenix and Aislin were still at the Tall residence, and Jared wished to meet them.

Meanwhile, Lynette, who had been teleported away earlier, had arrived at the location where Jaredand Barken had dueled.

Looking at the chaos the duel had left behind, as well as the remnants of the tower strewn acrossthe ground, Lynette furrowed her brow.

“All of Barken's magical items have been shattered into pieces. What kind of formidable cultivatordid he encounter?” Lynette did not know Barken was killed by Jared and his companions.

Even the destruction of the tower was the result of Jared's actions.

Just as Lynette was still pondering if there were other powerful cultivators nearby, the voice ofInferno Devil echoed in her ear. “The two guardians I sent with you are dead. What have you done?Get back here right now!”

Lynette could not help but break out in a cold sweat after hearing Inferno Devil's voice.

However, she obediently complied and vanished with a leap.

Meanwhile, at the Tall residence, Feenix and Aislin anxiously awaited Jared's return, having learnedthat Quinley had gone to fetch him.

Soon, Jared appeared, and Feenix and Aislin, who had been eagerly awaiting his arrival, dashedout of the house.

After spending a significant amount of time in the Ethereal Realm and enduring many hardships intheir search for Jared, they had finally reunited with him.

“Master! Master!” Feenix rushed toward Jared before finally throwing herself into his arms.

“Feenix.” Jared held her close.

“Jared...” Aislin, too, called his name as she walked up to him.

“Master, Aislin also fearlessly followed you into the Ethereal Realm when you were pulled into itbecause she wanted to rescue you,” Feenix explained.

“Thank you, Ms. Yuchamore,” Jared responded politely.

Quinley turned to Feenix and suggested, “Jared and the others must be exhausted, having beenrelentlessly pursued by the Demonic Cultivators. How about we allow them to rest for now? We candiscuss matters once they've had enough time to recover.”

Feenix nodded in agreement, and together, they entered the Tall residence. Prior to their arrival,Quinley had already made the necessary lodging arrangements for them.

Once everyone had settled in, Quinley sought out Jared and said, “Jared, my brother would like tomeet you. Please come with me.”
