Meanwhile, at Emerald Cauldron Sect, Viola had given Jared the best pills while looking after himthroughout the past few days, but he had yet to regain consciousness.

That huge battle had left Jared almost completely drained.

“Ms. Warwick, has Mr. Chance woken up yet?” Ghaylen asked softly.

Viola shook her head with a solemn expression. “Not yet. I can't believe his body is still so weakeven after consuming so many pills. I'm not sure how much more his body can take. Had it beenanyone else, their body would most likely have exploded after consuming so many high-level pills.”

Ghaylen let out a sigh and said, “Ms. Warwick, Emerald Cauldron Sect has run out of high-levelpills. I've sent some men to collect herbs from the mountains and to purchase medicinal herbs fromvarious sects as well as prestigious families. However, it would still take time to synthesize high-level pills, so Mr. Chance will simply have to wait.”

Viola fell silent after hearing Ghaylen's words. “Ghaylen, I want you to get the pills from themedicinal treasury and feed them to Jared.”

Ghaylen gasped in shock when he heard that. “But the rules forbid anyone from consuming thosepills! We are only allowed to visit the medicinal treasury to study them! If we give him those pills,then Emerald Cauldron Sect may no longer have research materials left, which will lead to a declinein our alchemy skills. The sect will probably be gone in less than a few hundred years if thathappens!”

As it turned out, the pills in the medicinal treasury were strictly for research purposes only, soconsumption of those pills was absolutely forbidden.

“This isn't the time to be worrying about that! I'm the sect leader, so I call the shots around here! Ihereby order you to go fetch me the pills from the medicinal treasury!” Viola ordered solemnly.

Ghaylen had no choice but to do as he was told. He returned shortly after with three black-coloredpills in hand.

Those were the most precious pills from the medicinal treasury.

Viola quickly took the pills and got ready to feed them to Jared.

“As you know, Ms. Warwick, every medicine has its side effects. While these pills may be fromEmerald Cauldron Sect, we don't know the side effects they may cause. They might just turn out tobe far too potent for Mr. Chance's weak body!” Ghaylen warned her.

“It shouldn't be a problem if I feed them to him one at a time,” Viola said while observing Jared'scondition.

Jared's eyes remained tightly shut, and he showed no signs of movement, but a powerful whirlpoolinside his elixir field was absorbing the energy aggressively.

Within seconds, the whirlpool had completely absorbed the energy from the high-level pill andslowly increased in size.

Jared's spiritual energy level, too, began to recover at an alarming rate.

Even so, Jared was still unconscious and showed no visible response.

As Viola fed him another pill, the whirlpool within his elixir field slowly disappeared while hisdemonic energy started increasing.

Seeing as Jared was still unresponsive, Viola proceeded to feed him the last pill.

That pill caused Jared's beast race aura to start intensifying.

After growing rapidly as a result of the three pills, the aura of all three races within Jared's bodyfused within his elixir field and became the Power of Three.

Even the Power of Dragons was instantly charged to the maximum, which showed just howpowerful the three pills were.

Jared's body began to show some changes as the Power of Three flowed through it. A faint glowslowly enveloped him.

“Ms. Warwick, something is happening to Mr. Chance's body!” Ghaylen exclaimed happily uponnoticing the light.
