Chapter 1021

Leviathan and the others gathered at Shadow Estate.

With Josephine and Lizbeth's help, Leviathan only took one day to take over the Thunderstorm Sect

and the Shalvis family's authorities.

“Mr. Chance, Ms. Sullivan and Ms. Grange are amazing. These two young ladies are no less powerful

than us. It is incredible that they can attain such powers despite their young age!” Leviathan kept

praising Josephine and Lizbeth after witnessing their abilities.

Meanwhile, Josephine and Lizbeth were a little embarrassed by his fervent praises.

“Did you come across any resistance from the Warriors Alliance when claiming authority from the

Thunderstorm Sect and the Shalvis family?” Jared asked.

“No, there was no trouble from them at all. It wasn't just the Warriors Alliance. We didn't even

encounter any other sects. That does seem strange now that you mentioned it. These sects are usually

very alert about such matters. If they knew what we were doing, they would get involved to garner

some benefits for themselves,” Leviathan replied and seemed puzzled.

Jared sank into deep thoughts. We carried out a large-scale operation, so there is no way that the

Warriors Alliance knows nothing. But why didn't Zion, Warren, or any other people stop us? It seems

they don't regard us as a threat. Still, it is good that they are looking down on us. That will give us an

advantage. I will also have more time to cultivate and grow my power.

“I will go into seclusion for a few days, so don't disturb me unless there is something urgent. You can

wake me up after General Jackson has finished contacting the reporters,” Jared instructed Leviathan.

Since everything was relatively peaceful now, Jared wanted to grab the chance to cultivate.

Furthermore, Jared had the Thousands of Miles Away painting in his possession. Thus, he no longernovelbin

had to worry about his depleting spiritual energy. However, he was unsure whether the spiritual energy

in Thousands of Miles Away painting was inexhaustible.

“Understood!” Leviathan nodded.

Then, Jared turned to Josephine and Lizbeth and said, “Josephine, Lizbeth, both of you should

cultivate with me too!"

“You go ahead. Lizbeth and I want to go shopping to buy something,” Josephine replied.

“You're going shopping now? It's already late!” Jared asked.

“We want to shop for some ladies' things and will return soon. You can start cultivating without us,”

Josephine answered and dragged Lizbeth with her out of the Shadow Estate.

Jared felt uneasy as he watched Josephine and Lizbeth leave.

“My Lord, please don't worry. Ms. Sullivan and Ms. Grange are more than able to protect themselves.

Ordinary people would not even be able to come near them,” Leviathan said when he saw Jared's

worried expression.

Jared realized that Leviathan was right. At Josephine and Lizbeth's level of abilities, they could easily

defeat a Level Seven Martial Arts Grandmaster.

Thus, Jared instructed Leviathan to arrange a room for him to enter seclusion. Then, he took out the

Thousands of Miles Away painting from his Storage Ring. He went into the said painting using his

spiritual sense and began to cultivate.

Meanwhile, Josephine and Lizbeth walked hand in hand and arrived at Jadeborough's bustling street.

They were happy to see the gorgeous night scenery.

Although they had been to Jadeborough a few times, they never had the chance to walk around its

streets.

“Lizbeth, there's a pedestrian street ahead. Let's go there to have a look.” Josephine saw the crowd

ahead and pulled Lizbeth toward them.

“Josephine, won't Jared be worried if we return late?” Lizbeth asked.

She was worried that Jared was waiting for them.

“He should have started cultivating by now, so why would he worry? It will be fine.” Josephine dragged

Lizbeth over to the crowded street.

Then, they entered Jadeborough's most bustling street. There were numerous things to shop for and

various restaurants selling delicacies.

Josephine and Lizbeth's eyes brightened upon seeing the vast choices of food.

They dined at various restaurants along the street for more than two hours. In the end, they patted their

full bellies and decided to head home.
